Pancakes with bacon as filling is sweet. Nothing weird about that ;)
I tried having some baconcrisps on my hamburger, and it tasted great. So there's a successful experiment.

Mmm I once went to a Chicken place called "Dixie Lee" and ordered "American" Nachos. I don't know what was so "American" about them because they used homemade Kettle chips (but thicker... almost between potato wedges and chips) with melted cheddar cheese, chives, cherry tomato, and black olives. I thought Americans just used Tortilla chips with cheese, sour cream, and salsa and maybe even green onions... ANYHOW THAT IS BESIDE THE POINT.

The Sour Cream and Salsa came in cups. But, by mistake (I know this because I had it before), they gave me RANCH... IT WAS AMAZING!!!!! I ORDER THE MISTAKE EVERY TIME NOW!!!!!!

Oh Yes! I love Ranch Dressing, and Mayo and all the works with Chips <3
All this is making me crazy hungry. 

And fish and mashed potatoes is good too :D If the potatoes got Gravy :D

Some combinations i have tried, some i've stuck with:

Oreo's & jalapeno cheese dip
Pizza & ranch (food of the gods)
eggs & ketchup
ramen noodles & hotsauce
rolled taquito's & hotdog chili
rolled taquito's & cheddar-broccoli rice.
corn & strawberry dip
bologna & yogurt

And many, Many combinations with the following:
Jalapeno cheese
Hot sauce (everything goes with hot sauce)
Chili

Thats what comes off the top of my head.
