Your internet connection is unable to reach the BattlEye DNS server.

Manually update BattlEye here: http://www.battleye.com/download.html.

You can't access the site? You should contact your ISP then.

For now, download the most recent version here: http://rapidshare.com/files/128418671/BEClient_x86.dll.html and put it into your %appdata%\Soldat\BattlEye folder (enter that under Start->Run).
