Where to put scripts 1.4.2

Ok i need help with scripts on my server when i create a server i have no idea where to put my scripts i have ready the stickie but dont under stand it says stuff about the soldat server folder and i dont have all that i want a cash script and a level script so i was wondering if u could pack this up so i can drag and drop into my soldat folder
u probaly think im lazy but its just i dont have much time as my BEST friend has left today for another town and i want to create a server for me and him
its real sad

so yeah is making a server creating a game in soldat i use dedicated server to see whos playing and it says my server is not registered watever that means

i am using the latest soldat

so please put this together for me
1 more thing is that i created a game and was in it then i opened another soldat and looked up my server and it said i was in another country it had a weird flag

Are you using the dedicated server found in your Soldat folder or the standalone one?

if the script is properly put in you should be able to run the exe in the soldatserver folder. If that works then you can open up soldat (while soldatserver is still open) and type "localhost" into the ip place and 23073 into the port.
