Crazy things you've asked your teachers

Yeah, so on the last day of my Freshman year, my really young History teacher was finally telling us about himself. His age, gf, etc. Then he got to the part where he mentioned that one of his prior jobs was a bartender at a gay bar. I couldn't resist blurting out, "Are you bi?" He laughed and said, "haha, no. I'm straight.". A few minutes later, the class asshole said, "When did you lose your virginity?!" My teacher then got real serious and said, "I'm not going to answer that."

In another class of mine, my teacher told me about how laid back he is. I asked "haha, are you a stoner?" He said, "nah...a lot of the people I know are. I usually stay away from that sh^t."

Yeah, the teacher's I've had last year were awesome, like cursing with us and stuff. Most of them didn't mind when I asked them their age and related usually considered rude things, it was cool.

So, what kinds of crazy personal things have you asked your teachers about?

Teachers who walk around on my art school:

A music teacher who is totally into jazz and like to tell story about strange bars with drunk piano players. Heavilly blushes when asked whether ppl used a lot of drugs back then and replies: 'Well, it was a crazy time.'

A music philosophy teacher who says he stopped smoking but asks me for a cigarette every chance he gets. He's also the most relaxed man you've ever seen, but claims to have a agressivity problem. Finally he likes to talk about the time the school was small and all teachers and students drank beer together every friday afternoon, 'those were good times'.

A programming teacher who can best be discribed as an hippy. He walks around bare-footed through the school in summer and in the winter he only weares jezus-nikes. He gives me math classes and in the summer we'd rather have class outside, enjoying some Mary Jane that he grows himself. Every harvest he gives me a package 'cause he would like my opinion' about it.

An Interaction-Design teacher who's favorite hobby is 'getting another tattoo'. He also likes to show them, so he usually walks around sleeve-less.

And those are some examples of the teachers, so don't make me start about the students

I asked my chemistry teacher all kinds of questions, like "can I have more magnesium ribbon?" "where would I go to buy all this cool chemistry stuff; specifically the sodium blocks"

neither your teachers are awesome or your questions were "crazy". my teachers used to talk to us about their sex life freely from time to time.. when it got real boring.

Me and my principal had a conversation about the castration of cattle and men. I talked with a teacher about pipe-bombs as well. I never really asked "crazy" questions, just had strange conversations.

Yeah, another day I was helping my coach (~35) carry plates from the baseball diamond into the gym closet, he told me that he things asian chicks are the sexiest. Then he's like, "So what about you, Joseph? Which girls do you think are the sexiest?" I said, "uhh, any I guess."

I'd consider that "weird". The situation probably could have gotten him fired, but he was cool and I'm not a prick.

I was 16 and asked mine for a date lol. She was the art class teacher and only 21. She told me to wait till 18, but then she got a teaching job half way across the country. Dang.
