1.5.0b Chat Query separated

I know you can /msg <name> <msg> somebody, but... having the ability for it to be in a new window. If I wanted a 1:1 chat w/ some1, its hard to filter through tons of chatting..

Again, more of a suggestion than a bug.

BTW, I didn't mean as in a popup, but still it can work both ways, as a popup or as a separate area..
