im getting access violations when i kill or die, it is annoying, what could be the problem lol?

EDIT: i found out that u must turn off the actionsnap, then it works.

*I noticed on ctf_ash, when I played 1 vs 1.. I was the only one who got nades--  on red side--  havn't tried it out more..
