Hmm admin abuse and clan abuse

The following are questions i have heard many times but have not been able to explain maybe you can do so.

What is admin abuse?... is it constant mucking around with commands or is it telling  player that had just joined the server GTFO or be banned.. Or basically using commands to your advantage.
To get to clan abuse.. by which i mean towards other clans. yeah you got to expect it. but then you get the clans that steal your members/recruits and then spread your clans name around making it look bad. i can think of a few that have done such an act.
There are many opinions and theories what do you think?

I guess Admin Abuse is if yes, admins Kick u for No reasons or Bann u, Because they didn't like that u got a cap or something like that.

But i'm sure there is many more different definitions..They could also abuse the !pause and !unpause and the new map voting.

..... Jeremy, just tell him to search the word 'abuse', then he'll find out that 'admin abuse' and 'clan abuse' is. I personally think this is a common sense ~_~

LOL i knew that one was coming.
@jeremy "They could also abuse the !pause and !unpause and the new map voting.". i think it depends on weather his team is asking for them or players on the server is asking.Could be the simple fact that he/she cant find the map he wants.

its only abuse if it's annoying. If it's funny or something then its not abuse. Well maybe it is, but it's funny so noone cares.
