Nope, you can't change the game's physics. However, in the next release of the Soldat Dedicated Server, you will be able to modify the game's gravity.And also, you can change the game's motions the character uses, like how s/he looks walking, reloading, etc by modifying the .POA files in the Anims folder. To edit them, you need to use the POA editor. The link to it is broken; some people still have it, I do on my other PC.
