Spam lounge threads...

Would it be possible that somebody is hacking accounts and spamming the lounge? 

The same names come up in the threads every time but they dont seem to post in any other topics (including Amblin..) so I'm just curious..

Nah, I doubt that. The people who mostly only post in the lounge just don't care about the other parts of the forum. Some of them have said on multiple occasions that they don't even have Soldat installed I guess they all just can't think of anything serious to say or are just bored out of their minds and want to wreck havoc to see other people's reactions.

I think something Is definantly up.  I mean I read them all and they are all Wow, WTF is happening here.  I think maybe it's just a test, or someone got hacked..

I'm not sure, I asked The Geologist, so Maybe he can tell me something.

The IPs used for each account were the right ones for the account owners.  A bunch of old forum-goers seem to have just gotten together and thought it would be funny to create a bunch of stupid threads and spam others.

No accounts were hacked.

The reason we haven't bothered warning them is because Ville is a jackass, warnings don't matter to him.  Amblin is an old admin/mod, frogboy/pienne are very old members who just went along with Ville/Amblin's crap.

Warnings are completely irrelevant in this case.


Ben just thinks that it was the best it has been because it is the closest the new forums have come to having a Bash Pit.

Amblin is right, anyone who thinks they actually thought that is how the forums should be are morons.  They were just spamming to help Ville get his rocks off, he seems to get a "spam SF" itch every year or so
