Firefox addons
« on: August 03, 2008, 04:37:46 am »
I just recently became interested in Firefox addons, after I heard some talk about that you don't use FF to its fullest if you don't use addons. So after some searching I downloaded Bazzacuda and Adblocker Plus. Especially Adblocker is very useful and I haven't seen any banners ever since. I highly recommend it.

I didn't find anything too useful after them. What do you use? What do you recommend?

Stumbleupon (not useful per se, but a nice timewaster) and fasterfox

The only reason I have multiple video downloaders is because not all of them work with sites other than youtube.

forecast fox a bunch of other ones I can't recall right now. Forecast fox is were I get all my weather I customized it to fit in the browser without another nasty toolbar, it accurately predicts weather as well as shows you a little radar to judge for yourself.

Sure, five months ago.
That doesn't particularly make a big difference, I fail to see many people changing a large portion of their addons, i also fail why a five month old topic is so much less useful then creating a new one, as long as you're not necroing a topic with severe amounts of pubescent bullshit then it shouldn't matter.

But whatever.

five months is a long time on the internet, plenty of new addons have been created during that time.

Agreed.

Along with ABP and Stumbleupon, I also use Forcast Fox, GreaseMonkey, and PMOG. Google them if you want to know more.
