Ping Problems

First off, I want to get this out, THIS IS A NEW PROBLEM.
There.
Now heres my query.
Recently, completely randomly my soldat ping is eating. On pubs like fractured ctf where I got a flawless 16-50, I am not getting upwards 200.
Any solutions? This is a huge deal, for any server cant be played on.

Virus scan, get a firewall, be sure to turn off your torrents, etc. If not that, did you move to another country or something?

Virus scan has been done, I have not done any changes to firewall, etc...

Maybe it's your ISP? Is their quality of service random? Is everything else internet related being slow?

Soldat was running most all u13 + [eC] servers at 50 ping or lower. This is extremely random.

How many computers do you have connected to your network? If more than one, are any other computers actively downloading, and can your internet support them?

Also, this should be in the Help forum, not in General Discussion.

I dont get it. Randomly, all of those servers work fine again 0.o
Jeez, this is creeping me out.
