I used photoshop. At first I was going to do it pixel style but I got tired and started brush the damned thing. It took about 20 mins i guess. Could've been much better as I did the outlines with the mouse and just tried to get a shape that worked.

Did you intend to do those hard edges? I think I might like it more with a little AA.

As I said i was oing to do it pixel style. But you're right some AA will make it look better. But I have to find a good way of doing it :x

EDIT: Changed it...dunno if it's better.
