where can i find the weapons.ini?
it dont got a weapons file like 1.3.1, 1.4.1 etc if im not wrong or i just dont find it

Ack, terribly sorry, you're correct; 1.2.1 didn't have a .ini file for the weapons. Afraid I'm not of much help then either.

Related question, what was the date when this came out? And about how long was it out. (I'm trying to remember when I started playing)

Soldat version history in the manual is your friend:

"1.2.1 (26.10.2004)" and "1.3 (05.08.2005)".
