On this weird forum I never go to anymore. I got v1.2.1, and I can't remember when I came by 1.3.1. I think it was when I found forums.soldat.pl.

I was playing on runescape when i was younger and my bro came in and said, "oh, don't play on that, runescape is shit!, play on soldat instead". I didn't know what it was until he showed me after dragging me away from RS. Now personally i think RS is aload of shit and Soldat is awesome. BTW, i tried to encourage my RS geek friends to play soldat but they won't, stupid n00bs, lolz.

A friend recommended it to me. He said he had no one to play it with, so I did. I got addicted, and play it so much more now than my friend does.

I saw it on Game Informer. They had a section of the best unknown freeware games on the internet. Soldat was #1! Well, so I said to myself, "Hmm, I gotta try this game if it's number one." But I almost never ended up playing it because they had a picture of Soldat on the review which looked un-attracting. Well anyways, I ended up playing it and now I am a Soldat maniac! And oh yeah, I played Runescape too (I regret wasting all my time playing it). Curse you Runescape! I Love You Soldat!

to above post: Yeah, damn that runescape. I got playing it with the ''friend mass'' method: your friends play it: you play too!

But, on the other hand I learned lot of english there because of all that detail and stuff.
*suddenly gets an urge to type about runescape*
Runescape isnt a bad game, infact, its an awesome one. lot of detail and improvement during all the time ive known it. Theres lots of things to do in runescape, and interesting quests to do. The bad thing is that it takes ages to become a uber dude. (but thats also the whole point of the RPG genre)
Its a good, addictive and time wasting game. try it out if your interested (www.runescape.com)

I went to a mates house, and i saw him playing Soldat. And i said "wow...that looks....really really bad. Why are you even playing it?" He told me it was fun when you played it and convinced me to put it on my USB stick before i went home. I played it and i loved it. My mate has since stopped playing Soldat, though i'm trying to get him back into it.

Half a year ago, i was on gamefaqs being bored, when i saw somebody advertise soldat. i was like "that looks cool" and downloaded immediately.

I where at a Swedish webpage (www.hamsterpaj.net) and looked around and saw a picture and thinked "not same graphic as CS, but worth a try". I visited the link they'd putet on their page and i found out that the game where amazing - so good 2D-graphic and only about 20 mb large!

My friend kept bugging me in the middle of shop class about it. every single day he was like"Have you played Soldat yet? You should play Soldat. Soldat is so much fun. you really should play Soldat." So I downloaded it and have playing it since.

With me it was about a year ago when i was on miniclip (my bro told me to go on miniclip) and a pop up with runescape on it came up and thought AWESOME! So i registered on it played it for 10 minutes and then thought RIGHT THATS IT IM GETTING A POP UP BLOCKER!!
(if u didnt understand that then its basically like saying runescape is the worst online game ever and its so ****!)Then as i went on google to search for a pop up blocker i accidently clicked down arrow and it searched free online games! I forgot about pop up blocker and went onto a free online game directory and i saw the name runescape and i thought OMG ITS LIKE EVREYWHERE!Then another pop up came up from the site with a cool soldat banner!I clicked the link viewed the screenshots and thought COOL! so i downloaded it played it for 3 hours (2hours 50 minutes longer than runescape!

) After a few months or so (i dont know how long..) i started to get bored so i registered to the forums found about the amazing mods and have been playing soldat since!

Lol my story is bloomin' long!Â

It doesn't matter. That is what happened to me too (except for the popup blocker thing) , but I played Runescape for 4 months.
