qualifing for soldat olympics takes place in the stadium i rented and now its up to each community to cross over and generate enthusiams nowsssss
here is the layout
             1 olympic stadium(server[eC])     Chi'eldran{of}War'tar
        1st map                                 dm_wrought 
    6 players/full server of: R/S Deathmatch
1 winner at a time is entered
    -The match lasts 11 minutes.
       -Expect lots of new custom maps from The Mapping Showcase
    PRIZES: i am donating 100$ to the winner of the r/s Deathmatch tourny and 50$ to the best video to be made from the tournyment on my server.  the custom maps will make movie makers happy. 
qUALifiar map is dm_wrought and dm_wrought ONLY!!!!!!! p.s. it puts Ash to shame

this will take the help of the whole community.  using www.wegames.com  the soldat olympics will be recorded from everyplayers perspective.  then they will post an attachment to a mediafire link that allows us to view their best 10-20 seconds of material.  everyplayer can submit their videos and will need help from soldat movie makers.  We are going to have to create a viral utube senstation and capitalize on this moment in the spotlight so that ppl around the world will begin playing soldat.

You should better specify that the server name is Chi'eldran{of}War'tar.

You could also post 72.232.225.66:23079 as more specific server information.

And lastly, you could tell people where to sign up.

-EDIT- Does there being a qualifying map mean other maps can be played? And what does this qualification consist of? How many players play each map? What do you mean by "1 winner at a time"? Is it 1 winner per round or per map?

ok thx for helping so far..ill be back after i get home from town..

there is no signups. everyone can qualify for the next 2 weeks
but they need to get 1st on dm_wrought when a admin is present and can restart
a room with 6 ppl. the rules i say is if anyone leaves a match early, they will recieve a warning and if they return, the warning is discarded. If you get 2 warnings however for leaving a qualification match of 6ppl, and u leave 2 times, the punishment is that you cannot participate in soldat olympics.  there will of course be exceptions for any thing that is honestly justifiable.

im leaving to town for a few hours.  i could use some help with ppl.

just rename yourself soldat olympics startD
and go to a server u like and ask ppl to go to the stadium.

when 6 ppl r there, u have to get admin or vote  /map  dm_wrought

take a screenshot of the winner and thats all it takes to get qualified.
after qualifying we will organize it a little better through IRC and the community forums with more help and cooperation the ever b4.

Ehm Ryan, you might be in a rush but you may want to type things our correctly in order to attract people's attention. I'll gladly help... when you get home from that trip, log on quakenet and query IRC. Luckily I might still be there.

ok everyone im on my cpu now and plan on doing nothing but aiding this olympics. if we invite them they will come.  take charge if you want soldat to grow. if u want admin in my eC server, then trust that i will give it to you if u have organizational power.  i am giving admin freely through an adminlog.  if you like to participate in the even i prepared, we have 5 days to get this going really fast.  otherwise it will not happen
