Rule clearification

So, can a Moderator or Administrator please explain what is considered an image macro.

My best guess on the definition of Image Macro would be a notification from an image hosting sight saying that the image was moved, deleted, cannot be found, or something similar. Either that or an extremely distracting animated gif.

As for the part that has the communism reference, I always assumed it was a joke.

And btw, I think you should have posted this in the Forum News & Support forum, since this has nothing to do with Soldat at all.
