attention map makers, attention utube viral sensations, attention elite&nubs: i am welcoming everyone to a idea i have to make soldat catch a bigger audience so that more ppl will want to play. Default maps are lame and this server i am renting is [eC], reliable and true.  Listen the maps are custom from the mapping showcase by the jrgp person i know.  His community can help soldat and already has done a great lions share of wonderful maps which expanded soldats demension.  IF we want to make soldat appear in the utube scene, we need to use key words that link us to the real world and made not so that an exclusively gamer community would soak it all up.  Soldat Olympics ELite DeathMatch.  this would generate excitement.  Now thats for utube titles and blogs or stuff.  THe tournment will be held in my stadium of which i will pay for as long as it takes to make this happen in the next month-6 months.  i actually want it done as soon as possible but i realize ur all going to school industrial complex and ur sights are on ur self and not ur gaming life. 
qualifing for soldat olympics takes place in the stadium i rented and now its up to each community to cross over and generate enthusiams nowsssss

the rules are for qualification: you need 1st place on dm_wrouht in order to advance. the second map is ctf_ash or the custom map i picked ctf_shatter.  its your choice, but shatter is breathtaking, simple, and complex for tatics, elagent, small enough for 6 players to feel the pressure, not much camping until you have 2-3 others and u'd rather take a sneak manuever with sound on HIGH'd,   lolol
    -The match lasts 11 minutes.
       -Expect lots of new custom maps from The Mapping Showcase but ash is considerablly the only default map i enjoy because the world of gaming must change or it will die.

qualifiars are expected to organize an irc channel and we can prolly get a bot to randomly select the 1st round of the games.  using www.wegame.com we can record our event from every contestents perspective.  I would hope that each player plays this competition and shares about it now cause we have 1-2 weeks to spread the word. most ppl in soldat see eachother everyday.  work in ways so that you have fun.  this isnt something to get cynical about. ur all about soldat, why be so unwise and pass up the proclomation that free games rule.!!!!!

Wall of text + no speeky ingly = no one takes you seriously. This whole thing seems pretty gimmicky, we like soldat because it is simple and fun, we don't like gimmicks. (at least I don't) But if done correctly, your idea might work...

Basically STM, from what I can gather, he is firstly trying to make a server full of custom maps that he considers better than the defaults. Secondly, make a site/this sight have key words in homepage text that get searched often so people find it on youtube, google, etc. Then some kind of tournament on said server. Basically, he wants to make a big tournament. I think. (It's really hard to read)

I went in there for a bit. It was quite good (for me at least) as there was actually some skilled players in there.
Instead of me just raping everyone on a more public server with my awesome spas.
