Well, as you may or may not know, I have a brother named Monta who plays soldat. He can act like a real dick and gets banned from a quite a bit of servers.

So how does this affect me?

We both connect to the internet via router therefore, we both share the same external ip address.

He gets banned, i get banned. Simple as that.
He already got me banned off many of my favorite servers...

How would you react to this?

Assuming that they do: Delete the soldat shortcut, quicklaunch, or any other things that allow you to launch soldat quickly, and put a password on the soldat folder. Only you would know it, and only you can play soldat from the C:\ folder.

Which can be remedied by a simple reinstall and password protecting that folder.... 2 minute fix(if that)

Uninstall DirectX and find a way of making it impossible to easily reinstall.

buy a memory stick put the whole folder in it and delete soldat from the computer, and then play from the stick.

delete all soldat icons on the desktop, then put the soldat folder somewhere far away maybe in program files, maybe make some thousands of folders so you have to click milions of times to get in there, and in the end you have a invisible folder.

Sounds like some sort of 12 year old kid, if he is then: delete soldat icon on the desktop, delete start menu folder, hide the soldat folder to somewhere else or disguise it by changing the folder name, password protect it and you should be all right

Just beat his ass and threaten to do it again if he ever touches Soldat one more time. Isn't that the standard way of handling problems with brothers? Forget this passworded folder/firewall/memory stick garbage. Do it the classic way!

Making his computer not be able to play Soldat software wise might not be that possible. Here's a better idea: Swap out his video card for an old one which has very limited video game support (or none at all).

Okay I'm serious now. Just as what jrgp said, take out the video card out. Then he won't notice it at all. Or just give him a blue screen of death/ trojan virus in some way.
