Starting a Soldat fanclub at school..

I think it would be fun as hell if I created a club at my high school (I'm an USA'en sophomore) for LAN parties in the computer rooms. Obviously, Soldat would only be installed to the students' flash drives and registering it on the computers at school would be forbidden (that would cause tons of shitty problems).

So, should I go ahead with requesting to make Soldat club or would it be insanely stupid since people would see it as a killing game and consider expelling me?

As anyone done this before?

I have played it in a school computer off my Flash Drive when it was raining and I had sport
Depending on how much your school can afford...
THE COMPUTERS WERE SO BAD THAT EVEN SOLDAT LAGGED
Probably a lack of good graphics hardware because it's a school computer.
So I would try making sure the computers are up to it first
Then go for it, the more the merrier

I think the faculties in your school won't allow that.

But its a good idea

It does sound nerdy, to be honest. But you can convince some people to play Soldat, I got my freshman Pre-AP English teacher to play it.

if enough people are interested in the game to want to play it on a weekly basis, go for it. it's a better experience to personally know the people on your team. i rather have friends i know be on my team than random strangers.

the only time I got a friend to play soldat he sucked so hard and hated it enough that I gave up. I was the same way with CoD4 though.

  @jrgp, go for it, who cares what these keyboard warriors think. Your school might consider it too violent, who knows, only one way to find out. When I was in Highschool, the head IT guy hated it because it was too violent, yet both my computer class teachers were often seen playing Soldat up the front while all the students were working >_>
