You need to find a way to transition off the guy instead of the sudden cutoff since you already have that with the shark. Either that or at least get rid of that extra pixel on the right side of his shorts [at the very top] eh. I'd personally just suggest drawing in the belt of his shorts to "bookend" the top off.

I quickly changed it, according to your advice, but should have done a better job, and might fix it later.

And, I made it in MS Paint, with the background transparency added in photoshop.

That's pretty good for MS Paint, in how it uses a lot of colors. Must have taken a while.

The shape is wrong. It Needs gills. The Fins are too rounded. The lower jaw is too rounded. The eye is slightly too small. It shouldn't have a dolphins nose.
