It would be great if you could turn on an option of "Team Spawning", this means that instead of spawning at your base, you can spawn right next to your team mates. If there are no team mates, then you spawn at base as normal. It might be better if you could choose to spawn at the base or at your squad. Thoughts?

Hmmmm... so which team mate would it spawn next to?  The closest one?
That might be really weird in CTF when a flock of enemies spawn next to your flag, since spawns are in groups...

It might turn out like this, if one team is owning that team will be owning forever. I'm not sure if that's how it will turn out though, but it sounds pretty likely to happen.

The BF2 Squad system was used because the maps are huge, and often have 32 on 32 matches, it kept the battlefield easier to move around.  Soldat's maps, are probably around a 100th the size to cover than a BF2 map, so there is no need to implement this into Soldat (but maybe it could have a certain effect like this on b2b, yet it would be really fast paced still, also that's what scripting is for)

so F11, we don't have huge enough maps and not enough players to suffice the need to spawn among your team mates. (And what's stopping them from spawning outside the map due to the moving spawn zone.  If one player gets stick in a poly or something the others will likely end up there too)

I think it would spoil tactics in ctf (particulary tw) and inf. However i wouldn't complain too much if it were only an option.
