Trying to disprove god with logic. Instant Fail.

Trying to prove any distinguishable information is from God, fail.

Back on topic...

We just need to see faith from a different perspective, freed from its religious roots. Faith is merely a 'driving force' for humanity. If we don't have faith in something, we would not do as many of the choices we would of taken otherwise. That means alot of missed opportunities, which results in alot of missed knowledge. If you would of never had taken that chance, would you have been as successful in life? Naturally the opposite can be argued, but it is clear that some faith is necessary so we can function in life, as is the same with stress. Too little faith or too much faith are just harmful.

Think about it.

Anyone who can't find faith in something, of course.

He just doesn't admit he does.

Faith is viewed differently from person to person. It is a good thing, but people will continue to believe otherwise. This cannot be helped and each individual has the right to believe/disbelieve in any part of their life (not just faith.)
It's useless to debate upon it for there will never be a "correct answer".

Hath endures torment,
To find the end of the journey in my own salvation.
And Your eternal slumber.

What if the claim is self-evident?

That would depend on how self-evident it was and to who. Wouldn't it? I'm sure there are a lot of uneducated people out there who would say God was self-evident.

Someone very wise say this once... A man don't believe in faith until he finds his way trough life

That sounds like a stupid person trying to sound intelligent. Do you know his name?

Trying to disprove god with logic. Instant Fail.

Trying to prove God with logic. Impossible.

Can't have faith?  I feel sorry for ya.

Like I said, with regards to the most important questions in the world, faith is empty and meaningless. If you're going to believe in something then it should be genuine belief with a basis, not obligatory belief based on something superficial such as ancient pornography.

can we just get this over and done with and get a lock before it reaches ten pages but has still gone absolutely nowhere?

I think someones jealous because they can't make thought provoking threads.  :)

Okay, what did single cells evolve from?

Molecular bonds and chemical reactions. Cells are made out of different structures, which in turn are made out of different molecules which naturally bond together in a certain way which can naturally perform a certain function. All of these molecule structures in a certain configuration can produce a functioning, "living" (processing) cell which by intake of certain other molecules can reproduce itself.

So, then when is a self-evident claim justified?

Don't worry, I still feel sorry for ya.  Perhaps one day you'll get past the main assumption made here and stop thinking yourself into a hole.

So, then when is a self-evident claim justified?

When it is genuinely and undeniably self-evident.

Don't worry, I still feel sorry for ya.  Perhaps one day you'll get past the main assumption made here and stop thinking yourself into a hole.

Would you be so kind as to point out which assumption that is?

If you need me to spell it out, it's the assumption that faith isn't based on evidence, reason, etc.
