Is it true that the seeds of apples and peaches contain slight traces of cyanide?

Buying CD-KEYS.
I need an detailed and FULLY argumented text why is it illegal to prove to an guy that it is illegal, as he is just buying an cd-key, but not the actual software, and thereby breaking the law by downloading it from *cough chough* sites.

Is it possible that after downloading a file the size of say, 10 gigs *cough*clearsky*cough*, your internet will suck massive cock for a few days?

Could be a corrupted file.  I get those every so often when my adviser screws up in sending me a file.

Also, id need some links for that, and possibly not wikipedia.

What's the risk of buying a pre-owned PC game?  I am after KotOR II: Sith Lords and there's a couple of pre-played ones at my local gametraders store, what are the chances of the CD key not working? (since it's pre-played)

Can I get a fake key if the genuine one doesn't work?

I'm not expert, but its possible the key won't work if the guy iso'd (spelling?) it or something. Getting a cracked key works, but since other people can get that key too it can be hit or miss being able to play online. Not sure about off.

[Question:]
Which free IRC program do you recommend using? I consider using it in future, possibly for Soldat gathers.

Where do you get them sig bar things? You know, the animated ones with "vista hater" or "X user".
Do you want to see me crawl across the floor to you?
Do you want to hear me beg you to take me back?
I'd gladly do it because
I don't want to fade away.

N. Escalona, I make them myself, but there are a number of generators found via google, they're called "Userbars"

They're usually 350x19 images with simple pattern + gradient backgrounds and a simple, but pretty distinctive pixel-style font:  http://www.dafont.com/bit-out.font.

@STM, most people use mIRC http://www.mirc.com/
