Hamachi allows you to create a LAN connection online. I was gonna use it on BF2 with some mates, but when I search for games none are listed, apparently because my normal IP overlaps the Hamachi one. In order to see these lan games online, I need hamachi to be the dominating IP, and there's a way to promote it over your regular IP. However, when I do that, I lose my internet connection, which is required to run hamachi - dilemma.

Now, on Vista you're able to promote your Hamachi IP without loss of internet. How do I make this apply for XP as well?

I need a simple MP3/Flac conversion program, light and freeware (with good quality output on FLAC > MP3 conversion, adjustable mp3 quality would be nice too)

Try this:

On the Advanced menu, click Advanced Settings, and then click the Adapters and Bindings tab.

Move Hamachi to the top to select it as the primary adapter
In the Connections area, select the Hamachi connection that you want to move higher in the list. Use the arrow buttons to move the connection to the top.

It works for me without loosing the internet conenction.
And make sure that you and your friends are connected all to the same network.

Hmm... I have XP, and it completely shuts off my connection when I promote hamachi such as you described. Anything else you're doing?

I thought maybe it was cause I didn't install the client protocol, as portrayed in point 6 and 7. However, when I click it, it says I lack the drivers for the install.

So I'm sadly stuck with it. I was hoping one of you lads may know how to fix this.

I decided I would pull out my good ol' kickass stereo and crank some music on it, probelm is all my music was on the computer.

I burnt an album onto a cheap blank CD (TDK 80 Compact disc, album was downloaded) but the stereo didn't play it it just says "no disc" and skips to the next CD, the audio on the CD was MP3 @ 320kbps (the stereo reads MP3 files) The CD is readable by computers though

Ideas?

A "muscled" guy would break the fat guy's neck and roast him like a pig. So the fat one would die faster..
