I run CCleaner every week, its quite amazing how much space gets cleared of trash just after 1 week of basicly just playing, soldat, WK:B, blockland and using about 4 differant forums regularly and maybe downloading 1 or 2 files... Every week i run CCleaner atleast 50MB gets cleared.

Yeah I've used it for a while now. I think its really handy. Fixes registry issues as well which always helps.
