You need tutorials. On alpha transparency. For one, you need to start with an alpha transparent base layer, then create images that will overlay with the transparency, always save an XCF so you can edit the base layer and the base image. I recall you saying you never save XCF's . Stick to making Hello kitty motorcycles in GTA :X
