Yep, I think cat girl chicks are hot. I don't know why. Anyways, I found this one particularly cute, made it transparent and small and turned it into an avatar. Is she appealing or what?

It's not that; he did color->alpha without putting the white backing under the image afterwards. Once he adds in the white channel again it'll look fine.

The diff between the 3 is as follows...

0 = full floor minus the grout
1 = 50% opacity on the floor
2 = Floor radial mask more opacity near the center.
