Yeah I had to set it as 1970 because of unix epoch time, having it under 1970 would cause issues.
Register on the home page, http://soldatcentral.com/ , and you will be able to access the forums. (Top of the left menu, under "My Account" is where it should be.)

Nice site. Just one thing: When entering the Forum and clicking on the register link, I get the message Forum registration is disabled. I'm assuming you're using the custom registration page? If so you might want to make that link redirect.
Is it good to have "Scripting discussions and help" board here, in Server talk section, and "Scripting discussions and help" on Soldat Central forum? I'm pretty sure it will become messy, topics will double, you won't be sure where you read certain messages and newcomers will be confused.
