Wait.... What? Saw can be used by everyone, and it'll be more effective to laggers, because.... They're laggers, they eat alot.

Ping has very little to do with your connection speed, and in turn, your money. Soldat only requires a very low quantity of your connection capacity. What matters the most when it comes to ping is the particular ISP and the servers you choose to play at.

It is also my personal opinion that people with ping above 50 should sodomize themselves with their own Category 5 cable.

Anyone can use a saw. It's just where you decided to use it.

Use it in a server with high ping to you, you eat but it can be difficult to kill others. Use it in a server with low ping to you, it's incredibly easy to use the saw, though its also much easier for others to kill you since you won't eat so much.

Yea, but my problem is my connection ranges from 66-250 depending on how gimpy my router is feeling, so the people with constant 16 pings actually EAT everything of mine and Im killed by the slightest touch.

In otherwords, I have to cram my saw down their throat to hurt them whatsoever, they have to bruise me with the butt end of theirs to send me flying in 10 different pieces. However once you learn to avoid them its a tad easier.

I assume you live in a city somewhere when multiple large internet companies in your area.
You can't blame people for bad internet, I live in Southern Texas. So far away from a city that the ONLY services that will actually get this far is Dail-up or satellite. No sane people will use satellite, because it makes Dial-up look like Broadband.

Anyways, hi General. Laggers with saw and knife are more critical than low ping players. Namely because with high ping, 200+/-, the players freeze and in which time you can hit them and even if they are virtually far away, the damage is already done. :D

Saw is the easiest weapon for a chronic lagger to use. Just hold down and run and from the normal ping players' perspectives you'll teleport through their shredded corpses.

Do you have a fiber-optic cable running directly to your server host or what? I'd call anything up to 250 bearable, but I get 35-75 at best for any server outside my own house with 256k.
