Why? I understand the second ban, cause of the trolling, but why was he banned in the first place?

Because of his quite excessive trolling, which as far as I know gave him multiple bans before his current permanent ban. I think the staff just forgot to make the Sin Bin posts for him.

He was a pimple on the ass of Soldat Forums, and someone decided to pop it.
The first ban was because he was flaming and creating spam topics.

The very moment his temporary ban expired, he continued creating retarded topics, so its permanent now. And there is a Sin Bin post for it.

2 weeks eh? The last sin bin (before Flamingo's) is almost a month ago. Looks like Frog's isn't in the sin bin if he is perma-banned.

No, tehsnipah is correct. Frogboy was banned for two weeks because there was no justifiable reason to ban him permanently. Sorry, it was my bad that I didn't update the Sin Bin in his case. If I estimate correctly, his ban expires in less than a week. I'll bet you anything he'll do the same thing Flamingo did.

Well, Flamingo was a pretty uninteresting troll, even bad to be honest. I don't think he actually visits 4Chan though, he's being ironic and making the association between this forum and 4Chan; this association which is very apparent and retarded. Let me give an example:
