I thought it got more accurate.
But in the animation of proning or getting up from that position, bullets go everywhere.
Not that noticible, with MP5 only 1 bullet goes off every time you prone or unprone.

Imo the inaccuracy during the animation of crouching/proning is reasonable, even if its a bug.

i know this topic was revived, but i have a question
isnt that what stops the bullets the collider?
by default no scenery has colliders, it can be easly be moved a bit lower so it doesnt stop bullets, and you can still shoot
Last year, I dreamt I was pissing at a restroom, but I missed the urinal and my penis exploded.

If you move it low enough to shoot comfortably, it will be so low that it will no longer protect you from bullets. And protecting from bullets is collidiers' primary purpose.

I just realised- this has already been implemented.  I was ducking behind blocks on Daybreak and shooting and the littel man actually does poke the gun over the top.  Try it

Muzikman - yes, this was implemented long ago. Problem is that it doesn't work well. For example you have to fire automatic weapons in bursts, sometimes you shoot and bullet goes into the collidier just as if your soldat didn't raise his arms at all.

Yeah your right it really does suck.  Why does he put it over the top and then take it back down again?
