Lead Rain Sub Game Mode?

Okay, this is just an idea I had after creating a shotgun pellet shooting chainsaw at low speed. It drops the pellets down onto people below and though, combining this with trenchwars would make a pretty cool minigame.

So basically pick an ol' Trenchwars map, set some points in the sky where the shotgun pellets would fall from and see the results. The damage could be altered, basically making the difficulty different by making it harder to survive.

This would be like the falling berkerker bonuses mod except the bullets would collide with the roofs of buildings and shelters as long as the speed is about 80 or so.

What are your opinions?

sub gamemodes are fail, and this is another one, but take it easy.

wont be stable at all, as the number of bullets on the server is limited (you can only create a certain number of bullets per a given interval, the rest will just not show)

I once made Laser Rain script that spawned M2 bullets with high speed above TW map, but it deleted it.

Hmm, yeah, if there was enough rain to make it look like it was raining the lag would probably make it unplayable.

could possibly limit how many bullets are created by only creating around players, but more players == possibly more bullets (if u got a detection system for players being close !== more bullets, but a combined range, then goody)

Or you could double the damage and shoot the bullets upwards at twice the speed, which will make them spread out more while still being a challenge. Gravity would be a good speed to fall at so shooting up would be a plus that way too.

Also, the look of the bullets hitting the ground makes a decent raindrop splash sort of look : ]
