I've always just relied on speed, and getting around well

once you start learning these, you should pick it all up by yourself. 

I mean, the top-gun sawers that I know, pretty much seem to rely on speed and just ramming the enemy so fast they either don't have time to react or struggle to get out of the way

I dont know if you remember me, but I played against you today in Saw and LAW. Your pretty good at saw, and this guide is very well done. My name in soldat is Bl4ck:J (I was the number one in almost all the games we played if you dont remember).

With the elements of ping and finesse, sawwing quickly becomes more about positioning than speed/momentum.

Though you cannot replace the feeling of horror you know a flagger feels as you rampage across a curved turrain into him in the time it took him to squeeze off one shot (Hopefully it wasn't an m79!)

I pretty much learned all of these facts via experience. These tips are for people first learning to duel with a saw. The best way to become and expert is through practice. Eventually people get the feel for it and some of them even have their own style.

It's not possible to put into words all that can be learned from sawwing


Also, because I'd prefer not to quad post and I'm too lazy to edit-quote,

To that one gut who said Poppin was god himself in saw-mode form

He eats ridiculously. I'm not sure why, because his ping is but 50, but I've faced him many times to have him eat an entire clip of saw. At a standstill at that.


One memorable moment, he was typing a comperable book in an attempt to create many lols for us and I seized the opportunity. I ducked and unloaded a clip of saw into him only for him to shake it off and, with a casual flick of his wrist, turn his saw over his head and into mine, revving it.

Unfortunately,i always have 200 ping in 'Saw&Law',i've got busted constantly and then i use law instead...
