Admin's unbann Methods ?

Hi ther !  I really . really don't know where to post this thread. ok Many of you know the LEOS servers (Inf & Ctf) . k maybe you dont but that doesn't matter . The problem is that i got banned for many fucking minutes , many times with no fucking reason at all .
My , very stupid question is which is the fastest / easiest way to talk to a moderator / admin to unban you ? I don't know any admins or moderators on that server . And yes , i Do sound like a whiner but im fucking pissed off .  Im getting vote kicks for no reason at all , just because of some nooby newbies. Example for reason : "asdoifjas lol"  "you is gay " "mx 7 hahawu" "f12 hes noobs " . etc . Ok im talking shit .So, Im just wondering if any of you know how to contact any admins on that server. (besides the fact that i have them all as friends ) .
