I just set up this server, it's homemade, because I don't have the money or either want to spend anything more on this, it's a DM server with limited ammo mod, just to tell you... I'll hold it up as much as I can, but I don't promise anything, could you guys test this gamemode?

This, sounds really cool, assuming that the script makes your gun disabled after reloading a few times, sounds like it'd inspire the tactical picking up of weapons all throughout those who play on this, nice work. I'll see if my ping allows me to play for long >_>

Server is still up, but we need people, or meet a team to play there, 1vs1 seems boring. I think this idea would rule way more on TW, I gotta test it.
Which IRC channel can I join to request some people to test this?

hell yeah, I could test it fully with 6 people on, though it lagged a lot, I liked how it worked, but I need to see how will it be on TW, and not in DM, it's a pain in the ass to stop, throw your useless weapon without ammo and take the enemy's one on the ground.

But my server lags like hell... oh well...

Interesting, although really bad ping, and rarely more than one opponent.

If it were possible to have a Clip counter for each player id would be awesome, and collecting nade packs incremented your clips. Also, for the moment, is it possible to make hitting reload do nothing/ not register at all? Its a pain in the ass fighting the reflex to reload lol If we only get one clip, it would be nice to have reload cmd be ignored altogether.

Well, I don't reload ingame when I know what happens, yes I know it sux, but it's just... well, get used to it

I need some kind of team to test this out and tell me what would they improve, and so on... it's just WIP... hope it gets to something else, better.

but it would realy be better if each player had atleast 2 clips...(not more)

I suggest changing your reload button to something unreachable...

That's one of the first things I have to do at the moment, if you can set up a IRC channel that'd help me greatly. I need a team to test this in different gamemodes:

DM (sucks)
CTF (may work)
TW (I think it's the best)
R/S (May work too)

Also I uploaded some mapper-made maps (not defaults) to the server, if this works I would upload player's maps there too.

A lot of work, need support, who can make the team?

and i agree that tw may be the best one.
