i realise how people have theri own individual favourite maps and all but what about the player created maps. I admit im new to map making but im not even given a chance to show my work.

Any time i choose to post my map for voting on the pulic servers, everyone turns it down  :(

i know im complaining and it really isnt what i wanted my first post on these awesome forums to be but i really want to show my work, several days of dedication have gone into it and no-one seems to care for my efforts.

is there any way i can get a good online test out of my map? maybe with a few opinions to go with it?

anyway, i plan to get better with these maps and design some for any that request them. look for the 'hsad' maps (my initials, they say im sad, stupid initials >:() anyway, thanks for the great game and great community. :)

Do a server and put your map there and call your friends server, or wait for ppl to join.

Release your maps here, and see if anyone here decides to add it onto their servers.

If the server doesnt have the map, then you cannot vote the map, it just fails, even if everyone says yes.

thanks alot people.

not that i have any friends on this game but i will release it here.

i guess i should have mentioned earlier that it is based on super mario bros :P

There is a section in forums.soldat.pl that let's people show off their custom made maps.  If you look for it for a few seconds you'll fine it.  Anyway, if the server doesn't have your map there's no way it can get through.

That's true and really sad; there are a bunch of amazing maps out there, but there are not that many servers dedicated to dishing out purely custom levels. I wish this could be changed.
