race scripts

hey can of you find me a script that keeps track of the fastest capping time, for example when you do !top10 or !fastest or whatever it shows the quickest times(since its a racing server).
i also need a script that respawns every player when the flag is capped ONCE

even if its meant for climbing servers, its the same concept, and should still work.
it doesnt include the respawning of every 1 after cap
