This is my very first modded interface.  As you can see, I used Soldat Enhanced as my source, and just basically made it red.  I changed other things up as you will see in my screenshot.

Did you get permission? Other wise it may be considered stolen

But if you did get permission, heres some things you should work on (Judgin by the screenshot) :

The jet icon isn't smooth
Maybe the jet bar should be a shade of red
The end of you mouse is not straight
Those guns should not be added into this mod for you did not make them
The bullet icon doesn't look smooth
