I'm surprised that no one talks about it.

Does someone tested it or just owned it?

I think that is a great game, with great graphics. The bad thing is the traveling, too long time, but you find bases and outposts to attack. One of the best things of the game is the phisics, and the propagation of fire. Burns!
When you throw a grenade you see how the trees move and you see falling leaves.
Online is not perfect, but you have fun.

They are going to fix lots of things on the next patch, at least people say it.

I am working my way trough it. Great game.
Not perfect, it definately has some flaws, but great nonetheless.

My progress in it was quickly terminated by the release of Dead space though. What a game!

don't have the game, but i'm getting it when it isn't that expensive allong with stalker clear sky. (and when my pc can handle both...)

It's pretty much STALKER: Africa edition.

Xray vision enemies with perfect accuracy and invisible steel plated dragonskin kevlar over their shirtless bodies.

And a mangled sense of "free roam".

Is not that similar to STALKER. The order that you do the missions is really different, you can do them whenever you want

I didn't really see the big deal about this, I mean the physics is good by the looks of it but it's not my kinda game

I prefer instant action too, not having to go out hunting for it or anything.  It's just that overall, the weight of the guns and everything (and apparent 'realism') seems too much for my liking

gamespot reckons the story lets down, which dissapoints me.  I really dunno to get it or not. 

to be honest my parents are kinda strict on violence level, I mean I couldn't play Soldier of Fortune, so it'll probably be the same deal here anyway

there are more then 1 as far as i know..

and its allot like stalker, but you can drive around in vehiculz to go to a spot faster and the guns wear down cooler (really start to rust etc..)
but i heard the ending is kindof 'meh..'
