Why do you want to join a clan?: for two reasons, firstly I didn't have time to play before i used to play for 2 weeks and leave for 1-2 months. Secondly i think I'm good enough to play for a clan now.  [pigtail]

no offense but I think you should train your skills first. I don't know how good you are but clans mostly take the players that have long experience.

there are clans that play for fun. you could make your own clan with some guys you find on public servers too.

Yeah play alot on pubs, it rox, when you move to the "irc soldat world" your just going to get bored and feel it sucks

Actually the most fun I ever had playing in clans was when I played for ShotgunBlues, a clan that didn't at all take it seriously. 'twast just for fun, and that to me is really what soldat's about. So don't worry too hard about your manic soldat skills, just find yourself a comfy clan, and make the best of it.

Right you are. I've been in a number of clans with mippe.. or Nook as he was called at some point. I was with him in RGW, dTb and some other clan, and he was one of the co-founders of Coalition Europe(CE)

It depends. I think playing in IRC-scene is much more fun than playing in publics. I can say that I have been in IRC-scene long time, with some breaks of course. There is just guys who are always whining in gathers and calling themselfes to noobs. That of course decreases the joy of the game but you can always ignore them and enjoy the game yourself.

But my point is that playing in IRC-scene (gathers) is more fun than playing public games.
