noob question how to download maps?

im downloading some eradication mod maps but where am i suppose to put the files in and stuff

go to the soldat map (where you installed soldat) and put the different thing where they belong, if you overwrite things make sure to have a backup. for example the map itself goes in the ''map'' folder. scenery goes to ''scenery.gfx''and so on.
