Why to buy some expensive stuff-thing-part-o.O when you can get NEW controller FREE
The controller is broken, or at least it doesn't work properly!
You can get a new crontroller if you have enough balls to call to Microsoft (even though that doesn't require balls)

This happened to my xbox controller, then i bought a cheapo battery pack off ebay ( not an official one ) and stopped using AA batteries ever since.

This fixed my problem and i got two charges for 15 aus dollars
