Can you help me with my problem?

I'm doing it as a limited account my parents have the "Administrative account" i've tried it from thier and from the limited account but it still wont register me. I deleted the Email so thats usless and i think im screwed, Because i dont have another $9.

X_x HELP!!!!!

Are you using the computer as a limited account or as a "Computer Administrator"?
