Registration issues with Vista

Hey all,

Have a quick question.  I purchased a registration key back on my old laptop which ran XP.  Now I am on a new laptop and can't get the registration key to work.  Does anyone have any ideas for me, or will I have to try and get a new registration key?

you use the same key for both of your laptops?

if you know know your key, do following: Windows key + r > type 'regedit' (without the quotation)> HKEY_CURRENT_USER > software > soldat > open 'key'. the value data is your key. copy past it into the same place on your new laptop and it should work.
