I can't stand holding the flag doing nothing, I usually toss it neglectfully in the base. Feels better to save a FFC or return flag than to do nothing in base :/ I agree with the author, the flag belongs to noone. Whoever gets it may score, if the keeper loses it, it's his fault.

i usualy just play TW so the teams almost never get the others flag, but true if both flags are taken give it up, do u want to be the one everybody on the other team is after? and i find it boring just sitting there when your flag is taken

I never ask for the flag back because I know it's a team effort. However, if someone does ask for the flag back, I do give it back to them. It is pretty annoying, but I try to not let that go to my head.
