So I have no right to complain when the moderator clearly did a mistake? If so, why would you need few more warnings to ban me? At least someone wants to ban me, thats for sure. =D

If you get shot in the leg by some random dude totally on accident while your girlfriend is right by you, would you complain and cry and blame for hours, or be quiet aside from the occasional "my tooth hurts?"

IOW correct the mistake by PM or IRC or whatever, then forget about it.
