Did you ever accidentally chuckle when the instructors are yelling something funny, and they didn't see?

Oh yeah, constantly. Some people are so retarded it takes everything within you not to laugh at them.

As to not make a totally new topic since I am probably buying this stuff tomorrow or the next day. I got paid recently I have some money to blow and I am thinking about buying this and this or something equal to it I can just find around in my town. Anyone think I am making a big mistake or got a better gadet I might look into?

Demonic you ass it's not a clip it's a magazine. Use the right words, you silly.
Do they still make you do the "This is my rifle this is my gun" thing if you call a rifle a gun? This reminded me of that.

I'm glad to see you're back. Happy Horusmas!  [pigtail]

Just 2 quick questions about killing in the army:

1: Do they go to heaven or hell when you kill them?

2: Doesn't the 6th commandment apply to you if you're in the US armed forces?

I know you haven't killed anybody yet. It's just out of interest.

It's not a subject or where they go Mangled - it's that they get there FASTER.

Nice one with the huge weight loss. How long have you enrolled for? I think you said that once already, but I forgot.

You might catch up with Lieroguy in Iraq if they don't change your 'foreign relations' policy.

That isn't bad except the gas mask... go run a mile in a gas mask and you will find out how hard it is to actually(impossible) to catch your breathe in a gas mask.

I can damn well understand this. Not because I'm paid to run around in a gas mask, but instead because I'm a weird guy.

As to not make a totally new topic since I am probably buying this stuff tomorrow or the next day. I got paid recently I have some money to blow and I am thinking about buying this and this or something equal to it I can just find around in my town. Tough choice. Both of those little gizmos are great at what they do, so really it's just a choice between what's more important to you: getting pictures of your memorable experience as a soldier, or being entertained by videos and music during what could be a hellish 20+ hour plane ride (depending on where you're going.)

EDIT: By the way, if the gas mask you're wearing looks like this, you have an obligation to send me pictures, you soapy mastodon. Been trying to get my hands on one for 2 years

1: Do they go to heaven or hell when you kill them?
Doesn't matter who kills them, matter on what they believe.

2: Doesn't the 6th commandment apply to you if you're in the US armed forces?
The actual commandment is do not murder. Kill was just easier to type I guess. If someone is trying to kill me and I kill them I have done nothing wrong. If I go in someones room and turn out the lights so to say then I am in the wrong. Whether you believe war to be murder falls under your beliefs but I for one don't believe killing an enemy of my country to be murder, just doing what I am being trained to do.

Demonic I am enrolled for 4 years, but I plan on staying in until I get killed.

I got this mask.. Only difference between that picture and mine is that the one in the picture probably works...

No, they just yell at you if you call it a gun instead of a rifle or weapon.

Gun refers to artillery pieces and other large shell firing things, not small arms.

Everything is called a weapon system. So that is why you call it a weapon or a rifle.

I hate that, some douche on the military channel called a spear a weapon system. If I was there when he said that I'd have punched him in the face.

Everything is called a weapon system. So that is why you call it a weapon or a rifle.

Well if they are using specific definitions, it would seem the purpose of that is for clarity. Using and approving such a vague term as "weapon" seems to defeat the purpose.
