Movie request, help a bloke out.

Oi lads, I wonder if you can help me out here.
I'm looking for an animated movie I used to watch when I was a kid. They would always show it at christmas time, even though the movie was about Halloween. I wasn't very old when I watched it, and because it was in english(I'm from Denmark and I speak danish), I'm not really sure what the movie was in essence about. I just remember some of the pictures from it. However, I think it was something about a bunch of kids being sucked into another world, a sort of timewarp through the ages of the world. They were accompanied by a greenish man in black clothes and a tall hat, and he would give them all sorts of tasks. One of them was building the Notre Dame church in Paris, where they would jump around, and stones would fly up under their feet, graduately taking them higher and higher into the air, until enough stones had settled, and the cathedral was finished.

I also seem to remember they build the pyramids of ancient egypt.

It's funny, when someone describes a kids television show like that it always ends up sounding like a drug trip or something.

But the rest of the stuff with building pyramids, yeh I'm pretty sure that ain't in Frosty the Snowman. Maybe in Frosty Returns? I dunno.
