Is there a way to:

Is there a way to change the text such as 'double kill' or 'Triple Kill' etc ingame? If so, how? Any help is appreciated.

No, you really can't change that text. Search the translation files for "double kill" or any of the other kill combo messages in case you don't believe me.

Toumaz is completely correct. You can change 'Killed by %s' but you can't change any of the spree messages.
