What would you say was the best movie of 2008? I can't really have a say in this because I only saw The Dark Knight and Wall-E.

The Dark Knight was definitely my favorite.

I just saw the new Jim carrey film yesterday, that was pretty awesome as well! But Batman rocked it up!

Iron Man and Dark Knight for sure. I don't even like comics and found them HIGHLY entertaining. Hellboy II was good as well!

We all know everyone is going to say The Dark Knight. Only because the buzz it got on the net and Ledger kicking the bucket.

it was good

but not as amazing as everyone makes it out to be

im sure if a truly great movie came out also it probably could have topped it

but really 2008 was a s**t year for movies so it wins by being above average

@Gram - No, it really is an awesome movie. naturally ledger's death have brought it to a whole different level, possibly making the movie into something it's not, but bottomline is it's damn awesome.

I have to agree. People were creaming their pants over this movie for not a whole lot of reasons. It was a good movie though

Forgot my vote, I might change my vote after rechecking the list of movies released in 08 but right now my vote goes to 7 pounds. That was an incredible movie.

Erm, didn't see alot of new movies..so I'm gonna go with James Bond Quantom of Solace, it wasn't bad in my opinion.

Looking forward to seeing The dark Knight though.

can you tell me, does the hook of the movie rely on a kind of purposely sorrowful plot finishing with a supposedly tear jerking ending like pursuit of happyness

or is it actually good
